Who We Are
La Casa Shambala is a home for self-discovery through yoga. We are an internationally recognised Yoga Alliance–certified school offering teacher trainings in seven intentionally chosen locations around the world.
More than a school, we are a community: a place where people meet their soul family, reconnect with their bodies, and learn how to live with greater awareness, balance, and freedom.
Why We Do It
We create spaces where you can simply be yourself… and feel absolutely free to do so.
La Casa Shambala is a home where you can slow down, take a deep breath, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels natural and grounding. It’s a community where you’re surrounded by open-minded, like-hearted people who are also exploring what it means to live with more freedom and intention.
Our trainings are about creating space: space to move, to feel, and to listen to what’s true for you. And slowly with time and trust, not only will you feel more at home with us, but you’ll start to feel more at home in yourself.
We believe that yoga is the way home.
What is a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training?
A 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) is the internationally recognised foundation to become a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
More importantly, it is a process of self-awareness.
You’ll learn:
- How the body moves, breathes, and regulates itself
- How to practice and teach yoga safely and responsibly
- How to cultivate awareness: of yourself, others, and the world around you
A yoga teacher training isn’t a performance.
It’s a deep, heartfelt journey of observing, unlearning, and becoming more of who you truly are.
What is a course like with La Casa Shambala?
