Through years of dedicated study and teaching, Johanna has developed a deep understanding of the physical body and the subtle connection between breath, emotions, and the energetic system. Her approach is rooted in the therapeutic application of yoga, integrating knowledge from science, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to support each individual in finding balance in their lives
Inspired by traditions such as Krishnamacharya and Sivananda Yoga, her teaching combines structure with sensitivity, always encouraging a kind, mindful, and embodied practice. Sara Ramalho was introduced to Reiki in 2008, which sparked her interest in yoga philosophy and energy work. This path led her to Dharamsala in 2013, where she completed her yoga teacher training in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Sivananda Yoga.
Since then, she has continued to deepen her knowledge through a variety of healing modalities, including chakra balancing, sound and crystal healing, Thai massage, and Reiki, becoming a Reiki Master along the way.

Carmen Baena is an international yoga teacher whose journey has taken her across different cultures and healing environments around the world. She began teaching in 2015 at Farm of Life in Costa Rica, where she shared Tao Flow — a practice blending Hatha Yoga and Qigong.
After completing her Integral Hatha Yoga training in 2019, she expanded her teaching internationally, working in Hong Kong with both general and adaptive groups. Her path continued through Bali, where she taught in renowned spaces such as Balila Beach Resort, Bali Silent Retreat, and the Bali Spirit Festival.

Her work integrates yoga with holistic and therapeutic approaches, including Ayurveda-based treatments such as Abhyanga, as well as Reiki, aromatherapy, and holistic psychotherapy. With a current focus on trauma release and emotional well-being, Mariana supports students in reconnecting with the body’s innate capacity to heal and restore balance.
