Healthy Vegan Breakfast on Koh Phangan

Even though Koh Phangan is a little wild island, we are extremely lucky to have many amazing restaurants and cafes offering lots of vegan and healthy options.

One of my favorite breakfast options after the gym every morning is this delicious meal of oats that are cooked overnight with maracuya pudding, almonds, pumpkin seeds berries and dehydrated coconut . Mmmmmm…..SOOO GOOD!!!

The perfect meal to start your day especially when eaten after a great yoga training sessions!

You can find it at Dots cafe, just 7 minutes driving from La Casa Shambala, right next to the food market in Thong Sala!!
