In the Yoga teacher program, you can develop your skills and confidence, discover your individual potential, and find your unique voice as an instructor. Or, simply explore your practice, integrate and observe your physical, emotional and mental body.

Mornings start with Meditation, Pranayama, Asana and Mantra chanting overlook a quiet meadow.The days are filled with an exhaustive study of the Yoga postures, philosophy and methodology. Afternoons conclude with practice and self-reflection. All accompanied by healthy and delicious meals and with qualified and experienced teachers, known for their talents and specialties, offering the best education and help inside and outside the classroom.

Emphasis is placed on the practice and development of teaching skills, including how to organise a class, build trust, and make posture adjustments. The fundamentals of the faculty program are based on Vinyasa Flow and Yin sequences that will allow you to develop and nurture your own teaching style.

The course emphasizes teaching from beginner to intermediate levels, focused on safety, the proper use of props, correct breathing and alignment, restorative Asana, relaxation and meditation, as well as dynamic and strong Asanas to improve strength, endurance and willpower. Students must respect personal limitations and are not expected to exercise beyond their own physical abilities.

Classes will be held six days a week. This is an example of the daily schedule and may change slightly.

Course Instructor

Sara was introduced to the Reiki path in 2008 by a friend. She was so moved by the experience that she knew Reiki had to be a part of her life. In the same year she completed the Reiki Level One in Portugal. The more she learned and experienced through this amazing healing technique the more she took interest in Yoga philosophy. After starting to practice Yoga in 2009, and almost immediately, Yoga influenced her full way of life!

In 2013 she decided to go to Dharamsala to train in the wisdom of the Himalayas, starting with a Yoga Alliance RYT 200. She focused on Hatha, Asthanga Vinyasa and Shivananda Yoga. There, she also studied asanas, pranaymas, anatomy, meditation and yoga philosophy to great depths. During this trip, she also completed Reiki II.

Since then, Sara has been doing many courses and workshops, including Thai Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Chakra Balancing, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, completing her training as a Reiki Master and being a E-RYT 500.

Generally Sara teaches from Asthanga Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow to Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation, Anatomy and Teaching Techniques.

And she is currently leading Yoga Teacher Trainings, does regular sessions including Reiki Healing and Reiki Massage, Chakra Balancing and Crystal Healing. She teaches daily Yoga classes, focusing on Prana, strength, relaxation, body awareness, groundedness, loving and heart-centering, offered in an accessible and playful way, with devotion and love.

We require a 30% deposit to confirm all reservations. This deposit can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal and is non-refundable.  The remaining balance is to be paid at arrival.
